Our Proposals
First Day : PALERMO - MONREALE
Arrival at Palermo airport and transfer to the hotel by private car; Visit Palermo and Monreale. Palermo, the capital of Sicily: You'll see the Cattredrale, The Norman Palace with the Palatine Chapel, The four songs, and Piazza Pretoria. We will continue to Monreale to admire the Cathedral and its beautiful mosaics and the Benedictine cloister. Overnight at hotel.
Second Day: SEGESTA - ERICE - TRAPANI
After breakfast departure to Segesta to visit the important greek temple of the 5th century BC then continue to Erice; Small medieval village at the top of Mount San Giuliano, who has the most beautiful view of Sicily overlooking the Saline and Egadi islands, then a brief visit of Trapani and windmills by saline, and finally return to Palermo.
Third Day : AGRIGENTO
Breakfast. Departure to Agrigento to visit the famous Valley of the Temples: all the temples are of the fifth century BC Here you can see the best preserved temple of greek time; After the tour return to Palermo.
Fourth Day : TAORMINA - PIAZZA ARMERINA
After breakfast departure to Taormina with a stop in Piazza Armerina, visit the famous Villa Romana del Casale, famous for its mosaics of the third century BC at the end of the visit will reach the hotel in Taormina.
Fifth Day : ETNA - TAORMINA
After breakfast depart for Mount Etna is the largest active volcano in Europe where you can take the cable car for a full tour, possibility to make a rustic lunch and a wine tasting; After lunch we return to Taormina for a visit of the greek theater and spend some 'free time to take a walk at night in Taormina.
Sixth Day : SIRACUSA - ORTIGIA - NOTO
After breakfast depart to Syracuse: visit the archaeological park and the small island of Ortigia, the first settlement of the city and now the most beautiful part of the city, in the afternoon transfer to Noto, the capital of the Baroque style; at the end of the visit return to Taormina;
Seventh Day : SAVOCA - FORZA D'AGRO
After breakfast departure to Savoca and Forza d'Agro: they are two small villages, where Francis Ford Coppola filmed many parts of the movie The Godfather. Savoca and Forza d'Agro, with their quiet streets and quiet atmosphere, are surrounded by a beautiful mountain landscape, and have several fascinating ancient churches. Free time for photos before returning to Taormina;
Eighth Day : CATANIA
After breakfast depart for Catania to visit the city including the colorful market "La Pescheria", the afternoon at your leisure in Taormina;
Ninth Day : CEFALU'
After breakfast departure for Palermo with a stop in the town of Cefalu, where you can admire the magnificent cathedral and the beautiful blue sea opposite the island Aeolian, at the end of the visit transfer to the airport of Palermo.
